You cannot force someone else into wanting to be with you. They have to be into it.

Lastly, when getting back with an ex, be discreet. Do not spread your business all over. It is fine to talk to a few trusted confidants, but issues involved in rekindling a relationship are often personal, and your ex will appreciate the subtlety.
